The overall appearance is appealing and i generally like this item from an observer's point of view.

The first thing that draws my eye in are the breasts (not like that). This is because you ALMOST got it just right. You used the slightly darker shade to create the shape instead of a hard black line all the way around. The 2 small black lines you do have look out of place where they are and detract from the depth created by the coloring i just mentioned.

The second thing i notice is actually confusion. Looking at the collarbone region, right side and just under the bangs; i cant tell if that is supposed to be some kind of furr or overdone shading. This lack of definition as-well as it being the same exact color as the hair in the background gives the skin a skewed look.

The third thing is the glasses, particularly the layering with the hair. The hair either needs to cover the glasses or be behind them, not both at the same time. I think you had an original idea of what the hair would be doing, but as you got coloring you lost it.

What i love about this image is the gradient coloring, proper use of shapes(see note1) and choice of colors.

Note 1: The collar around her neck has a second line to show the top surface. The curve of the fabric around her right side, the gap complimenting both her figure and pose. The shape of the glasses actually fits with the shape of her face. Alot of people prefer a contrasting shape(ex: a square frame with a round face) when dealing with glasses but i think your choice was a good one.

I hope this point of view will be helpful and constructive, leading you to evolve as an artist and move away from past mistakes.
